Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be stoked with your Land MX gear. If you're not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

Tags are still attached
-
You have proof of purchase​
To start a return, email us at landmx05@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Final sale or limited drop items (these will be marked on the product page)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.

Faulty or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery at landmx05@gmail.com.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll sort it quickly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service — we’re not responsible for lost returns.
